Foreclosure List Providers

Due to the labor intensive nature of retrieving pre-foreclosure data at the county courthouse REIMarketingTips.com has found that regionalized list providers who focus on a smaller geographical area (1-3 states) have fresher, more up to date and better data.  Some larger national list providers can have 2-3 weeks old data.  If you are marketing to pre-foreclosures (i.e., direct mail), getting your message out to them earlier is key.

Smaller, regionalized list providers are often your best bet for the most recent and accurate data available.

While you can often go to your local county courthouse (or visit them online), paying a firm for this outsourced service is a much better use of your time as an investor.
